Pharmacy Technician | Chicago, Illinois

A healthcare facility in Chicago, IL is seeking a knowledgeable Pharmacy Technician to support their pharmacy operations on a per diem basis from May 28 through July 2. This role is ideal for someone with a solid foundation in pharmacy procedures, a focus on customer service, and the flexibility to work as needed within the contract period.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately distribute medications as prescribed by physicians and authorized healthcare practitioners
• Provide customers with clear and helpful information about their medications and proper usage
• Maintain a high standard of customer service to enhance patient experience and satisfaction

Qualifications:

• Valid Illinois Pharmacy Technician License required
• Experience in retail pharmacy or long-term care settings is preferred to ensure familiarity with medication distribution and customer interactions
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail critical for safe and effective medication handling
