An independent retail pharmacy located approximately one hour south of Columbus, OH, is seeking a full-time Pharmacy Technician to provide essential support for an eight-week period. This critical role aims to cover for a technician who is currently unavailable due to injury. The position offers a stable schedule and the opportunity to work in a close-knit pharmacy environment managing a moderate prescription volume.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter and fulfill prescription orders
• Verify prescription details to ensure safety and compliance
• Manage phone inquiries professionally and efficiently
• Collaborate closely with the pharmacist and pharmacy staff to maintain smooth operations

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Valid Ohio Pharmacy Technician License
• Previous retail pharmacy experience or similar setting preferred
• Familiarity with PioneerRX software is a plus but not mandatory
• Willingness to work on-site or as a travel technician is acceptable

Schedule:

• Full-time, 40 hours per week
• Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

• Independent retail pharmacy located near State Route 56 in Laurelville, OH, approximately one hour south of Columbus
