A retail pharmacy technician opportunity is available in Cincinnati, Ohio, offering a 13-week contract-to-hire position. This role provides a structured schedule ensuring balanced work hours while delivering essential pharmacy support within a dynamic retail environment.

Schedule:

• Monday to Wednesday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• Thursday: 8:00 AM – 6:30 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM (1st shift)

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter patient information and prescription orders into the system.
• Assist the pharmacist in dispensing medication orders.
• Manage and maintain OTC inventory to ensure consistent stock levels.
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers with their needs and concerns.
• Address and resolve issues related to third-party prescription plans to facilitate prescription processing.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Current and active pharmacy technician license valid in Ohio.
• Minimum of one year experience in a retail pharmacy setting.
• Familiarity with Pioneer Rx software is advantageous but not mandatory.
