Per Diem Pharmacy Technician | Citrus Heights, California

A per diem pharmacy technician opportunity is available to support multiple sites throughout the greater Sacramento area, including locations in Citrus Heights and potentially Lodi/Stockton. Candidates must be flexible and willing to cover shifts across the entire region. This position offers consistent week-in/week-out revenue for those looking for flexible work schedules.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Minimum of 1-2 years recent high-volume retail pharmacy technician experience
• Strong communication skills and a proven ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Ability to work days, evenings, and weekends as needed
• Willingness to travel throughout the greater Sacramento area to cover various sites

Location:

• Positions located in and around Citrus Heights, CA, with coverage extending throughout the greater Sacramento area, including Lodi and Stockton.

Responsibilities:

• Manage typical retail pharmacy duties such as answering phones, data entry, label printing, prescription filling and dispensing
• Operate cash registers and handle related transactions
• Perform inventory management, including restocking and managing takebacks
• Collaborate with pharmacy staff to ensure efficient and accurate service delivery

Schedule/Hours:

• Days, evenings, and weekends shifts available on a per diem basis
• Flexibility in scheduling required to meet coverage needs across multiple locations
