A Pharmacy Technician position is available in Clearwater, FL, on a per diem basis, offering the opportunity to work a consistent weekday schedule. This role involves essential support within the pharmacy by accurately distributing prescribed medications and providing knowledgeable guidance to patients regarding their prescriptions. Delivering excellent customer service is a primary focus to ensure a positive experience for all clients.
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately distribute medications as prescribed by healthcare practitioners
- Educate patients and customers about medication usage and safety
- Maintain a high standard of customer service and professionalism
Desired Experience and Qualifications:
- Current Florida Pharmacy Technician License is required
- Experience in retail and/or long-term care pharmacy settings is highly preferred
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
