Pharmacy Technician - Clementon, New Jersey

An opportunity is available for experienced Pharmacy Technicians to support evening production operations in a closed-door long-term care (LTC) facility. This position focuses on preparing medications accurately and efficiently to meet the needs of residents, ensuring patient safety and timely delivery.

Location: Cherry Hill, NJ
Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 6:00 PM – 2:30 AM
• Every other weekend rotation

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare medications in appropriate packaging formats such as blister packs and unit-dose to support resident medication schedules.
• Assist with ordering, receiving, and stocking medications while ensuring proper storage practices and expiration date tracking.
• Maintain accurate and thorough patient and medication records to support compliance and quality standards.
• Utilize Frameworks software system (training provided) to manage daily workflow.
• Handle a volume of approximately 600 prescriptions per day, working collaboratively with the pharmacy team.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience as a pharmacy technician.
• NJ State Pharmacy Technician License preferred but not mandatory.
• PTCB certification preferred but not required.
• Ability to work efficiently during overnight hours while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
