Retail Pharmacy Technician in Clifton, NJ

A dynamic opportunity is available for a Pharmacy Technician to play an integral role in launching a new outpatient pharmacy in Newark, NJ. Schedule:

• Monday through Saturday
• Day shifts
• Full-time

Responsibilities:

• Assist pharmacists in processing and dispensing prescriptions accurately
• Enter and maintain patient and prescription information with precision
• Support inventory management and medication ordering processes
• Process insurance claims and assist with resolving billing issues
• Deliver exceptional customer service to patients and healthcare providers
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal pharmacy regulations

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Active Pharmacy Technician registration/license in New Jersey required
• Minimum of 1 year retail pharmacy experience
• PTCB Certification preferred but not mandatory
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is highly preferred
• Experience with pharmacy management systems such as PrimeRx or MicroMerchant is a plus
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
