An opportunity is available for an experienced Pharmacy Technician to support a busy retail pharmacy environment in Columbus, OH. This position offers a 13-week temp-to-hire arrangement, working Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Joining a well-staffed team consisting of five technicians and two pharmacists, you’ll play a key role in managing an average inbound prescription volume of 200-300 scripts per day.
Responsibilities include accurate and efficient order entry using Prime RX software, assisting pharmacists with prescription dispensing, maintaining inventory, and providing excellent customer service within a fast-paced retail setting.
Key Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of pharmacy technician experience in a retail setting
- Valid Ohio pharmacy technician license required
- Familiarity with Prime RX software is a plus
- Ability to work effectively in a team and manage high prescription volume
Schedule/Hours:
- Monday through Friday
- 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
