This opportunity is for a Pharmacy Technician position working a day shift from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, in a retail pharmacy setting. The assignment is a 13-week temporary-to-hire role offering the chance to transition to direct hire based on performance and fit.
Responsibilities include processing and accurately entering prescription orders using Prime RX software, supporting pharmacists in daily operations, and managing an average inbound script volume of 200 to 300 prescriptions per day. You will work collaboratively within a team of 5 pharmacy technicians and 2 pharmacists to ensure efficient pharmacy workflows and excellent patient service.
Key Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year of pharmacy technician experience
- Previous retail pharmacy experience required
- Experience with Prime RX is a strong plus
- Current and valid Ohio pharmacy technician license
