Pharmacy Technician - Columbus, Ohio

Join a dynamic retail pharmacy setting as a Pharmacy Technician providing vital support during day shifts from 9 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday. Responsibilities:

• Accurately process and enter prescription orders using Prime RX software.
• Assist pharmacists in preparing and dispensing medications, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Manage an average volume of 200-300 inbound prescriptions daily within a busy retail environment.
• Support inventory management and maintain clean, organized work areas.
• Collaborate with a small team of 5 technicians and 2 pharmacists to ensure efficient pharmacy operations.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year pharmacy technician experience.
• Proven retail pharmacy background.
• Licensed as a Pharmacy Technician in Ohio.
• Experience with Prime RX is a strong advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.

Location: Columbus, OH
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9 am - 5 pm
Duration: 13 weeks, with temp-to-direct hire opportunity
