Pharmacy Technician - Columbus, OH

This role offers an opportunity to contribute as a skilled Pharmacy Technician in a fast-paced retail setting. For 13 weeks, you will engage in a temp-to-perm assignment designed to showcase your expertise and grow your career within a supportive environment.

Schedule/Hours:

• Monday to Wednesday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• Thursday: 8:00 AM – 6:30 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• 1st shift coverage

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter patient information and prescription orders into the pharmacy system.
• Support pharmacists by assisting in the dispensing of prescription medications.
• Manage over-the-counter (OTC) inventory to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers with inquiries and concerns.
• Collaborate with third-party prescription plans to resolve adjudication issues and expedite prescription processing.

Qualifications:

• Active and clear Pharmacy Technician license in the state of Ohio.
• Minimum of 1 year experience working as a Pharmacy Technician in a retail environment.
• Familiarity with Pioneer Rx software is advantageous.
