• Monday to Wednesday: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
• Thursday: 8:00 AM - 6:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter patient information and prescription orders accurately into the system.
• Assist pharmacists in dispensing prescription medications.
• Manage over-the-counter (OTC) inventory to maintain sufficient stock levels.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
• Work with third-party prescription plans to resolve adjudication issues ensuring smooth prescription processing.

Qualifications:

• Active and clear pharmacy technician license in the state of Ohio.
