Per Diem Pharmacy Tech - Concord, North Carolina

This role offers the opportunity to support medication management in a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) serving an underserved community. The position requires a skilled Pharmacy Technician familiar with 340B program protocols and provides vital assistance in a patient-focused, collaborative pharmacy setting.

Location:

• Charlotte, NC

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday
• 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
• No weekends
• Per diem basis, approximately 2 shifts per month covering call offs, PTO, or vacations

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately prepare and dispense medications under pharmacist supervision
• Assist in maintaining 340B compliance and inventory management
• Deliver exceptional patient service with a focus on underserved populations
• Support pharmacy operations in a setting staffed by one pharmacist and one technician
• Communicate effectively with patients and staff, with Spanish language skills highly preferred

Qualifications:

• Current North Carolina Pharmacy Technician license
• Recent experience as a Pharmacy Technician, preferably in an FQHC or similar environment
• Comfortable providing care in a fast-paced, patient-centered setting
• Experience serving diverse and underserved patient populations is highly desirable
• Spanish-speaking abilities are an advantage but not mandatory
