This opportunity is designed for a skilled Pharmacy Technician with experience in hospital pharmacy settings. The role involves supporting pharmacy operations through various tasks including compounding and medication management to ensure efficient and safe patient care.

Schedule:

• Days/afternoons
• 8-hour shifts
• 40 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform sterile and non-sterile compounding in compliance with safety standards
• Restock Pyxis machines to maintain medication availability
• Handle incoming calls to the pharmacy, assisting with inquiries and requests
• Deliver medications to hospital floors promptly and accurately
• Identify and remove expired medications to maintain inventory integrity

Desired Qualifications:

• Current Indiana Pharmacy Technician license or eligibility to obtain one
• Minimum of 2 years’ hospital pharmacy experience
• Demonstrated experience with sterile compounding procedures
• Strong attention to detail and familiarity with hospital pharmacy workflows
