A pharmacy technician position is available in Conroe, TX, on a per diem basis. This role involves supporting pharmacy operations by accurately distributing prescribed medications and delivering exceptional customer service.
Schedule/Hours:
- Monday and Tuesday shifts, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Multiple dates throughout August and September, totaling approximately 99 hours
Key Responsibilities:
- Dispense medications as prescribed by physicians and other healthcare providers
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding medication usage and safety
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with pharmacy procedures
- Maintain a focus on providing superior customer service in all interactions
Desired Qualifications:
- Valid Texas Pharmacy Technician license
- Experience in retail and/or long-term care pharmacy settings preferred
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic environment
