Mail Order Pharmacy Technician | Covington, Kentucky

An established mail order pharmacy requires experienced Pharmacy Technicians to support high-volume fulfillment and dispensing operations. This contract-to-hire opportunity offers the chance to work in a fast-paced environment serving all 50 states plus Washington, DC.

Location: Covington, KY
Contract Duration: 13 weeks, with potential to convert to permanent
Shift Options:

• Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM (possible Saturday rotation as volume increases)
• Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (possible Saturday rotation as volume increases)

Key Responsibilities:

• Efficiently pull, fill, and dispense prescription orders in a high-volume mail order pharmacy setting
• Prepare and package medications for shipping to customers nationwide
• Maintain accuracy and attention to detail to ensure patient safety
• Collaborate closely with team members to manage workflow and meet volume demands
• Adapt quickly to changes in processes and volume fluctuations

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

• Valid Kentucky Pharmacy Technician license required
• Proven experience in high-volume retail or mail order pharmacy settings strongly preferred
• Strong ability to maintain focus and precision in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills to support collaborative operations
• Flexibility to participate in potential weekend shifts as needed
