Pharmacy Tech - Curtis, Nebraska

A Community Hospital in McCook, NE is seeking a licensed Pharmacy Technician for a 12-week contract position covering a maternity leave starting at the end of May. Responsibilities:

• Perform pharmacy technician duties including medication preparation and dispensing under pharmacist supervision.
• Utilize clean room and sterile compounding skills to prepare IV admixtures and other sterile products following protocols.
• Support pharmacists in maintaining accurate medication records and inventory management.
• Uphold safety standards and compliance with hospital policies and regulatory requirements.
• Assist with other pharmacy department duties as needed during the maternity leave coverage.

Qualifications:

• Current Pharmacy Technician license required.
• Proven experience with clean room and sterile compounding procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow strict protocols.

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday
• 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM shift
