A specialty compounding pharmacy in DeBary, FL is seeking a Full-Time Lead Pharmacy Technician to take on a leadership role in managing pharmacy operations. This opportunity offers a direct hire position with a focus on weight loss and bio-identical hormone replacement therapy compounds.

Working hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, totaling 40 hours per week. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the pharmacy’s growth while maintaining high standards of professionalism and service.
