Pharmacy Technician | Demotte, Indiana

This opportunity offers a position for two licensed and PTCB-certified Pharmacy Technicians to support a retail pharmacy environment in Francesville, IN. The pharmacy processes approximately 30 prescriptions daily and operates Monday through Friday from 10 am to 6 pm. The role is ideal for candidates with prior retail pharmacy experience who are prepared to work approximately 24-30 hours per week, primarily Wednesday through Friday.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter prescription orders into the system.
• Fill and label prescriptions following pharmacy protocols.
• Assist customers at the register with professionalism and care.
• Complete a three-day training and orientation prior to starting.
• Potentially provide coverage at a sister facility upon training and as needed.

Preferred Experience:

• Licensed Indiana Pharmacy Technician with current certification.
• Previous retail pharmacy technician experience.
• Familiarity with PioneerRx order entry system.
• Experience using Eyecon Medication Counting Device or similar automation technology.

Additional Information:

• Support is provided by pharmacists remote-verifying orders from a nearby hospital.
