Pharmacy Technician - Derby, KS

A retail Pharmacy Technician position is available on a 3-month contract basis starting May 4th in Derby, KS. This role supports pharmacy operations within a health center setting, working alongside a pharmacist and another technician.

Schedule:

• Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Saturday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform accurate data entry related to prescriptions and patient information.
• Fill and dispense medications efficiently and safely.
• Deliver excellent patient service, ensuring a positive experience.
• Collaborate with the pharmacist and pharmacy team to maintain smooth workflow.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Valid Kansas Pharmacy Technician license is required.
• Experience using Rx30 pharmacy management system is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
