This opportunity is for a Pharmacy Technician Supervisor specializing in non-sterile compounding within a closed-door specialty pharmacy environment. The role offers a Monday through Friday schedule from 9am to 5pm and is a 13-week assignment leading to potential permanent placement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise pharmacy technician staff, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to protocols
• Perform and oversee non-sterile compounding processes with precision and compliance to safety standards
• Maintain documentation and ensure all pharmacy operations meet regulatory requirements in a closed-door specialty pharmacy setting
• Support training and development of junior technicians to maintain high-quality pharmacy services

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a lead or supervisor pharmacy technician
• Hands-on experience with non-sterile compounding techniques
• Valid Michigan Pharmacy Technician license
• Solid background working as a pharmacy technician with familiarity in specialty pharmacy operations
