A specialized role is available for an experienced Pharmacy Technician Supervisor with expertise in non-sterile compounding. The assignment offers a standard Monday to Friday schedule, 9 am to 5 pm, over a 13-week contract with the potential to transition to permanent employment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise pharmacy technician staff to ensure efficient workflow and compliance with company policies.
- Oversee the preparation of non-sterile compounded medications, maintaining high standards of accuracy and safety.
- Coordinate daily pharmacy operations in a closed-door specialty pharmacy setting.
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations related to pharmacy practice.
- Maintain proper documentation and training records for staff.
- Collaborate with pharmacists and other healthcare professionals to support patient care.
Desired Experience & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a lead or supervisor pharmacy technician.
- Demonstrated expertise in non-sterile compounding processes.
- Valid Michigan Pharmacy Technician license.
