A specialty pharmacy is seeking a Pharmacy Technician Supervisor with expertise in non-sterile compounding to manage daily operations within a closed-door environment. This contract-to-hire opportunity provides a Monday through Friday schedule, 9am to 5pm, for an initial period of 13 weeks.
Responsibilities include overseeing pharmacy technician activities, ensuring compliance with compounding standards, and maintaining workflow efficiency. The role demands leadership ability to guide and support a team in a specialized pharmacy setting.
Key qualifications and experience:
- Previous experience as a lead or supervisory pharmacy technician
- Proficiency in pharmacy technician duties with hands-on non-sterile compounding expertise
- Current Michigan Pharmacy Technician license
- Ability to work effectively in a closed-door specialty pharmacy environment
Shift:
- Monday through Friday
- 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
