Pharmacy Tech | Detroit, Michigan

An opportunity is available for a Pharmacy Technician Supervisor with expertise in Non-Sterile Compounding within a closed-door specialty pharmacy environment. This role offers a full-time schedule from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a contract duration of 13 weeks and potential to become permanent.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise pharmacy technician staff to ensure efficient daily operations.
• Oversee non-sterile compounding activities maintaining compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Coordinate workflow and manage schedules within the department.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Provide training and mentorship to pharmacy technician team members.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Proven experience as a lead or supervisor pharmacy technician.
• Strong background in pharmacy technician duties.
• Demonstrated expertise in non-sterile compounding techniques.
• Active Michigan pharmacy technician license.
• Ability to work effectively in a closed-door specialty pharmacy setting.
