Pharmacy Technician | Dublin, Ohio

A Retail Pharmacy Technician position is available in the Cincinnati, Ohio area with a contract-to-hire opportunity spanning 13 weeks. This role provides a structured work schedule with shifts primarily during the day.

Schedule & Hours:

• Monday to Wednesday: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
• Thursday: 8:00 AM - 6:30 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter patient information and prescription orders into the pharmacy system.
• Assist pharmacists in dispensing prescription orders safely and efficiently.
• Manage over-the-counter (OTC) inventory to maintain proper stock levels.
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers with their needs and concerns.
• Work with third-party prescription plans to resolve adjudication issues, ensuring smooth prescription processing.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Hold a clear and active Pharmacy Technician license in Ohio.
• A minimum of one year of experience in a retail pharmacy environment.
• Familiarity with Pioneer Rx software is advantageous.
