Pharmacy Technician in Dublin, OH

An opportunity is available for an experienced retail pharmacy technician in the Cincinnati, Ohio area, working under a contract-to-hire arrangement. This 13-week assignment offers a chance to demonstrate your skills and potentially transition to a permanent role.

Schedule:

• Monday to Wednesday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• Thursday: 8:00 AM – 6:30 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter patient information and prescription orders into the pharmacy system.
• Assist pharmacists in dispensing prescription medications.
• Manage over-the-counter (OTC) inventory, ensuring shelves are well-stocked.
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting and addressing customer needs and concerns.
• Collaborate with third-party prescription plans to resolve adjudication issues and facilitate prescription processing.

Qualifications:

• A current, active pharmacy technician license for the state of Ohio.
• At least one year of retail pharmacy technician experience.
• Familiarity with Pioneer Rx software is advantageous.
