Pharmacy Technician | Dublin, Ohio

A retail pharmacy technician position is available for a 13-week contract to hire assignment in the Cincinnati, Ohio area. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced community pharmacy environment supporting patient care and efficient pharmacy operations.

Location: Cincinnati, Ohio
Schedule:

• Monday-Wednesday: 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
• Thursday: 8:00 a.m. – 6:30 p.m.
• Friday: 8:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
  Contract Type: 13-week Temp to Perm

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter patient data and prescription orders into the system
• Assist the pharmacist in dispensing medications following all protocols
• Monitor and manage over-the-counter inventory to maintain optimal stock levels
• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers with their needs and questions
• Resolve issues related to third-party prescription plans to ensure prescriptions are processed smoothly

Qualifications and Experience:

• Active and clear pharmacy technician license in the state of Ohio
• Minimum of one year of experience working in a retail pharmacy setting
• Familiarity with Pioneer Rx software is an advantage

This position requires a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual capable of working effectively under pharmacy supervision. The contract to hire structure allows for a transition into a permanent role based on performance and business needs.
