Pharmacy Technician | Dublin, Ohio

A healthcare facility in Dublin, OH is seeking an experienced Pharmacy Technician for a 13-week contract assignment starting June 14th. This opportunity offers exposure to inpatient pharmacy operations with a focus on accuracy and efficiency in supporting patient care.

Shift Schedule:

• Two shifts from 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM on alternating weekends
• Overnight shifts from 9:00 PM to 7:30 AM, Monday through Thursday

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and dispense medications according to prescriptions and protocols
• Assist with inpatient pharmacy operations, including IV medication preparation (IV experience preferred)
• Collaborate with pharmacists and healthcare team to ensure safe and timely medication delivery
• Utilize Cerner EMR for documentation and verification tasks
• Maintain compliance with safety and regulatory standards

Qualifications and Experience:

• Current Ohio Pharmacy Technician license is required
• National Pharmacy Technician certification is mandatory
• Minimum of one year recent inpatient pharmacy experience
• Experience working with intravenous medications is a plus
• Proficiency using Cerner electronic medical records system
