Pharmacy Technician | Dublin, Ohio

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday
• 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• No weekend shifts

Responsibilities:

• Accurately process and prepare prescriptions in a retail or specialty pharmacy environment
• Communicate effectively with patients experiencing advanced stages of chronic diseases, providing compassionate support and clear information
• Collaborate with pharmacists and healthcare providers to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain compliance with pharmacy laws, regulations, and safety standards
• Manage inventory and assist with administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a retail or specialty pharmacy technician
• Exceptional patient communication skills, particularly with chronic disease populations
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in prescription processing
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Certification as a Pharmacy Technician is preferred

This is a contract-to-hire position starting immediately, with an initial 13-week duration. There is potential for permanent placement if you demonstrate a strong fit within the team and meet performance expectations.
