Per Diem Pharmacy Tech - El Paso, Texas

A healthcare facility in Central El Paso, TX is seeking a skilled Pharmacy Technician for a per diem position within a combined retail and long-term care setting. This role involves dispensing medications prescribed by healthcare professionals while providing excellent customer service and medication information.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (9 hours daily)
• Dates spanning mid to late February 2026

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately distribute pharmaceuticals as prescribed by physicians and other licensed practitioners
• Offer clear, helpful guidance to customers regarding medication use and safety
• Maintain high standards of customer service to support patient needs and satisfaction
• Collaborate effectively with pharmacy and healthcare staff to ensure seamless operations

Qualifications/Desired Experience:

• Valid Texas Pharmacy Technician License
• Experience in retail pharmacy and/or long-term care pharmacy settings preferred
