A healthcare provider in Central El Paso, TX is seeking two skilled Pharmacy Technicians for per diem opportunities in a retail and long-term care setting. This role requires attention to detail and a commitment to providing excellent customer service while distributing prescribed medications and offering accurate medication information to patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Dispense medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals.
- Inform customers about medication usage and answer related questions.
- Deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.
- Support pharmacy operations in compliance with regulatory standards.
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Possession of a valid Texas Pharmacy Technician license.
- Experience working in retail and/or long-term care pharmacy settings is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to educate patients on medications.
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
Schedule/Hours:
- Per diem availability needed.
- Shifts from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
- Multiple dates available from late March through early April.
