Pharmacy Technician - Elizabeth, NJ

Located in Elizabeth, NJ, this Pharmacy Technician role offers a temp-to-hire opportunity at a fast-growing closed-door pharmacy specializing in UPNEEQ®, a first-in-class therapy. The position requires managing a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, accurately preparing prescriptions, and supporting the pharmacy team in various tasks.

Schedule:

• Variable schedule including days and mid shifts
• Two closing shifts per week
• Operating hours from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Handle a high volume of calls from patients and healthcare providers with professionalism and efficiency
• Deliver exceptional customer service tailored to patients and physicians
• Identify and report adverse events following company procedures
• Maintain precise and up-to-date patient, physician, and prescription records
• Assist with prescription preparation and other pharmacy operations as needed

Qualifications:

• Active and clear Pharmacy Technician license in New Jersey
• Minimum of 1 year experience as a Pharmacy Technician, with preference for mail order or closed-door pharmacy settings; retail experience is acceptable
• Strong data entry skills with excellent attention to detail
• Reliable work history without frequent job changes over the past year
