Per Diem Pharmacy Tech | Elk Grove, California

A leading retail pharmacy is seeking reliable and experienced Pharmacy Technicians to join their per diem team. This opportunity offers the chance to work in a fast-paced environment across multiple locations in the greater Sacramento area, including Lodi and Stockton as needed. Responsibilities:

• Perform typical retail pharmacy technician duties such as answering phones, data entry, label printing, filling and dispensing prescriptions
• Manage cash register transactions accurately
• Handle inventory management and medication takebacks
• Collaborate effectively with pharmacy staff to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1-2 years of high-volume retail pharmacy technician experience (candidates with less than one year of experience will not be considered)
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Reliable and punctual with the ability to work days, evenings, and weekends as needed
• Willingness to travel within the region; mileage reimbursement available for travel over 30 miles

Location:

• Multiple sites covering the greater Sacramento area, including Elk Grove, with some assignments in Lodi/Stockton

Details:

• Per diem position requiring availability for at least 3-4 days per week, with additional days available
• Training provided for a couple of days to familiarize you with specific site procedures
• Immediate start available
