Per Diem Pharmacy Technician - Ephrata, PA

This per diem position is available for a Pharmacy Technician to support a retail pharmacy setting from September 8 to September 10. It requires presence on the 1st shift from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, Tuesday through Thursday.

Responsibilities include:

• Accurately entering patient information and prescription orders into the computer system.
• Assisting pharmacists in the dispensing of prescription medications.
• Managing and ordering over-the-counter inventory to maintain adequate stock levels.
• Providing excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers with their inquiries.
• Resolving issues with third-party prescription plans to ensure smooth prescription processing.

Qualifications:

• Active and clear pharmacy technician license in Pennsylvania.
• Minimum of 1 year of retail pharmacy experience.
• Familiarity with Pioneer Rx software is highly preferred.

Location:

• Work is based in Pottstown, Pennsylvania.
