Pharmacy Technician | Everett, Washington

An opportunity is available for a skilled Pharmacy Technician to support a healthcare facility in Everett, WA through a 16-week contract. This role involves essential pharmacy operations and requires a candidate with a strong background in hospital and IV compounding.

Responsibilities:

• Perform sterile and non-sterile compounding, including chemotherapy preparation
• Restock and manage Pyxis units to ensure efficient medication distribution
• Maintain compliance with safety and quality standards throughout all pharmacy functions

Schedule:

• Day and afternoon shifts
• 8-hour shifts offering consistent scheduling

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Active Washington state Pharmacy Technician license
• Approximately 2 years of recent hospital pharmacy and IV compounding experience
• Proficiency in sterile compounding techniques, especially chemotherapy preparation
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and adherence to safety protocols
