This opportunity is for a Pharmacy Technician to support retail and long-term care pharmacy operations within Capitol Hill, WA. This per diem assignment offers a structured schedule with consistent weekday hours, ideal for professionals who thrive in patient-focused environments.

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM (8.5 hours daily)
  • January 26 – 30, 2026 and February 2 – 6, 2026

Responsibilities include:

  • Accurately distributing medications as prescribed by physicians and other licensed healthcare providers
  • Educating customers on proper medication use and answering their questions to ensure safe and effective therapy
  • Delivering exceptional customer service to enhance patient satisfaction and support the pharmacy team’s goals

Ideal candidates will demonstrate the following qualifications and experience:

  • Valid Washington State Pharmacy Technician License
  • Experience working in retail pharmacy and/or long-term care settings, providing a strong foundation for handling diverse patient needs
  • Strong communication skills with a focus on clear, compassionate interactions with customers and healthcare team members
