Pharmacy Technician | Fairfield, Ohio

This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to a high-volume pharmacy environment supporting mail order prescription fulfillment across all 50 states and Washington, DC. Operating Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., this contract-to-hire position begins immediately and spans a 13-week period. The successful candidate will join a dedicated team committed to accuracy and efficiency in medication dispensing and shipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately count, measure, and package medications using both automated and manual methods.
• Apply prescription and shipping labels with precise dosage instructions and warnings.
• Prepare totes, kits, and cartons for outbound distribution to customers nationwide.
• Enter prescription data into the pharmacy management system, verifying patient and order details under pharmacist supervision.
• Monitor and manage order status, proactively resolving discrepancies to ensure timely shipment.

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a high-volume retail pharmacy setting is highly preferred.
• Possession of an Ohio Pharmacy Technician license is required.
• National certification as a pharmacy technician is a strong plus.
