Pharmacy Technician - Fishers, IN

This opportunity is tailored for experienced Pharmacy Technicians seeking to leverage their skills in a dynamic mail order and specialty pharmacy environment. The role offers a temp-to-hire arrangement with the clear intention of transitioning to a permanent position after a 26-week period.

Location: Fishers, IN
Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 2nd shift (12:30 pm – 9:00 pm)
• Initial training on day shift (8:00 am – 5:00 pm)
• Possible weekend shifts

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately process high volume prescriptions in a fast-paced mail order and specialty pharmacy setting
• Support pharmacists and ensure regulatory compliance
• Adapt to shift changes from day to evening as pharmacy operations expand
• Maintain reliability and consistent attendance to support team efficiency

Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years current or very recent pharmacy technician experience
• Proven success in high volume retail or mail order pharmacy operations
• Valid Indiana pharmacy technician license
• Strong adherence to accuracy, timeliness, and regulatory standards
• Demonstrated reliability and commitment to scheduled shifts
