Pharmacy Technician - Fishers, Indiana

A full-time Non-Sterile Compounding Technician position is available in Fishers, IN, specializing in pharmacy support within women’s and men’s health, veterinary, and dermatology medication compounding.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and compound non-sterile medications accurately and efficiently for various specialties.
• Follow pharmacy protocols and safety standards during all compounding procedures.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas in compliance with regulatory guidelines.
• Manage inventory and ensure proper labeling and storage of compounded products.
• Collaborate with pharmacists and healthcare professionals to support patient care.
• Adhere to all quality control and documentation requirements.
• Maintain consistent attendance and productivity during scheduled hours.

Schedule:

• Full-time, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Valid Pharmacy Technician license in the state of Indiana is required.
• Experience in non-sterile compounding preferred; training will be provided.
• Strong reliability, punctuality, and commitment to maintaining high productivity.
• Ability to stand for an entire 8-hour shift.
• Good attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
