Mail Order Pharmacy Technician - Florence, KY

A fast-growing digital mail order pharmacy is seeking five skilled pharmacy technicians to support an upcoming increase in prescription volume. This contract opportunity is ideal for individuals experienced in high-volume retail pharmacy settings who can adapt quickly and work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Location: Florence, KY
Job Type: Contract (4-6 months, approximately 26 weeks)
Schedule: Monday through Friday, with operating hours from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Candidates must be flexible to work opening or closing shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform full cycle pharmacy dispensing and fulfillment for a digital/mail order pharmacy servicing all 50 states and DC
• Accurately dispense mainly generic medications, with some brand and specialty drugs included
• Complete data entry tasks associated with prescription processing
• Maintain adherence to pharmacy regulations and quality standards
• Collaborate effectively with team members to handle increased prescription volume

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Valid Kentucky Pharmacy Technician license required (consideration also given to candidates licensed in Kentucky and residing within 75 miles, including Cincinnati, OH)
• Experience in high-volume retail pharmacy settings highly preferred
• Strong adaptability and teamwork skills to manage fluctuating workloads
• Reliable attention to detail and accuracy in dispensing and data entry tasks
