Per Diem Pharmacy Tech - Folsom, California

Seeking a dependable Pharmacy Technician to join a per diem team supporting retail pharmacy operations across the greater Sacramento area, including Folsom and nearby locations such as Lodi and Stockton. This role offers consistent weekly hours, averaging 3-4 days per week with the potential for more, ideal for candidates looking for flexibility and reliability in their schedule.

Key Qualifications:

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a high-volume retail pharmacy setting
• Valid California Pharmacy Technician license; PTCB certification preferred
• Strong teamwork and communication skills essential
• Ability to perform routine retail pharmacy tasks efficiently and accurately

Location:

• Multiple pharmacy sites throughout the greater Sacramento area, including Folsom, Lodi, and Stockton

Responsibilities:

• Answering phones and providing excellent customer service
• Data entry and label printing for prescriptions
• Filling and dispensing medications according to prescriptions
• Operating cash register and processing transactions
• Managing inventory and handling medication takebacks
• Participating in training sessions provided by the client to ensure compliance and safety
