Mail Order Pharmacy Technician | Fountain Hills, Arizona

A mail order pharmacy is seeking three (3) certified Pharmacy Technicians to support their operations in Fountain Hills, AZ. This contract opportunity offers the chance to work in a fast-paced environment where accuracy and reliability are critical to ensure timely delivery of medications to patients.

Location: Fountain Hills, AZ
Job Type: Contract (13 weeks, with potential for contract-to-hire)
Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Shifts available: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM and/or 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM
• No weekend work required

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter new prescriptions, refills, and patient information accurately into the order management system
• Count, dispense, and label medications following strict protocols
• Prepare and coordinate mail shipments, including printing and affixing shipping labels and sorting packages by courier
• Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant pharmacy environment per Arizona Board of Pharmacy guidelines

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Active Arizona Pharmacy Technician license and national certification required
• Proven dependability, punctuality, and accountability in the workplace
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to effectively multitask, solve problems, and prioritize workload
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a positive, friendly attitude
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
