Pharmacy Technician in Foxboro, MA

An opportunity is available for Pharmacy Technicians to support evening operations at a busy pharmacy serving approximately 600 prescriptions daily. This direct hire role is situated in Foxboro, MA, with a work schedule of Monday through Friday, 3:30 PM to 12:00 AM, including rotating weekends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare medications accurately in appropriate packaging such as blister packs and unit-dose formats for timely delivery.
• Assist with ordering, receiving, and stocking pharmaceutical supplies, ensuring proper storage and expiration compliance.
• Maintain precise patient and medication records to support safe dispensing.
• Utilize pharmacy software systems; training on Frameworks software is provided.

Qualifications:

• Active and clear Massachusetts Pharmacy Technician license required.
• Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) certification preferred.
• Pharmacy experience in a high-volume environment is essential.
• Ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure.
• Trainee licenses are considered, with training provided as needed.

Schedule:

• Monday – Friday, 3:30 PM to 12:00 AM
• Rotating weekends

Compensation:

• Trainees: $19 per hour
• Licensed Pharmacy Technicians: $22 per hour
• Certified Pharmacy Technicians: $25 per hour
