Pharmacy Technician | Foxboro, Massachusetts

Multiple evening shifts are available for Pharmacy Technicians to support a fast-paced pharmacy handling approximately 600 prescriptions daily. This direct hire opportunity is perfect for licensed, certified, or trainee pharmacy technicians seeking to build their careers in an encouraging environment. Training on the Frameworks software system will be provided.

Location:

• Foxboro, MA

Schedule/Hours:

• Monday through Friday, 3:30 PM to 12:00 AM
• Rotating weekends

Responsibilities:

• Prepare medications using appropriate packaging such as blister packs and unit-dose formats to ensure timely delivery to residents.
• Assist with ordering, receiving, and stocking medications, while monitoring storage conditions and expiration dates.
• Maintain accurate patient and medication records to comply with regulatory standards.
• Work efficiently in a high-volume setting to meet daily prescription demands.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Current and active Massachusetts Pharmacy Technician license required.
• Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) certification preferred.
• Previous pharmacy technician experience preferred, though trainees with a license are encouraged to apply.
• Ability to work quickly and accurately in a busy workflow.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Compensation and Incentives:

• Trainee level: $19 per hour
• State licensed: $22 per hour
• Certified: $25 per hour
• Performance-based bonus incentives available
