Pharmacy Technician | Foxboro, Massachusetts

A pharmacy is seeking three dedicated Pharmacy Technicians for the evening shift, working Monday through Friday from 3:30 PM to 12:00 AM, with rotating weekends. This direct hire opportunity welcomes candidates at various levels, including trainees, state-licensed, and certified pharmacy technicians. The role involves supporting a high-volume pharmacy processing approximately 600 prescriptions daily, utilizing the Frameworks software system with training provided.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare medications in appropriate packaging such as blister packs and unit-dose for timely delivery to residents.
• Assist with medication ordering, receiving, stocking, and ensure proper storage and monitoring of expiration dates.
• Maintain accurate patient and medication records in compliance with regulations.
• Efficiently manage tasks in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Massachusetts Pharmacy Technician license required, must be clear and active.
• PTCB certification preferred but not mandatory.
• Previous pharmacy experience is beneficial.
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently under high prescription volume.
• Open to trainee licenses with willingness to learn and grow on the job.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM
• Rotating weekends

Compensation:

• Trainee: $19/hour
• State Licensed: $22/hour
• Certified: $25/hour
• Additional bonus incentives available based on performance
