Pharmacy Technician in Francesville, IN

This opportunity is for experienced Pharmacy Technicians licensed in Indiana and PTCB certified, supporting a busy retail pharmacy focused on personalized service with an average of 30 prescriptions daily. You will play a critical role in maintaining smooth operations by accurately processing orders and assisting customers within a small, tight-knit team.

Location: Francesville, IN
Type: Contract position (starting June 29th, ongoing until permanent hire)
Schedule: 24-30 hours/week, preferably Wednesday through Friday
Pharmacy Hours: Monday to Friday, 10am–6pm
No weekend hours required

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter prescription orders using PioneerRx (experience preferred)
• Fill prescriptions while ensuring medication safety and compliance
• Assist customers at the point of sale with professionalism and care
• Participate in a 3-day training and orientation before starting
• Occasionally provide coverage at a sister facility after training

Qualifications & Experience:

• Active Indiana Pharmacy Technician license and PTCB certification
• Prior retail pharmacy experience required to thrive in this setting
• Familiarity with PioneerRx order entry system is highly desirable
• Experience with Eyecon Medication Counting Device is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and customer service skills
• Local candidates only, given onsite responsibilities
