Locations & Shifts:

• Medical Surgical RN – Topeka, KS | Nights (6:45pm–7:15am), variable weekends and holidays
• ICU RN (2 openings) – Albuquerque, NM | 12-hour night shifts
• Cardiac PCU RN (2 openings) – Albuquerque, NM | 12-hour night shifts
• Charge RN Telemetry – Topeka, KS | 12-hour night shifts

Responsibilities:

• Assess and manage patient care plans, prioritizing safety and patient-centered outcomes
• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to optimize care delivery
• Serve in charge nurse roles when applicable, providing leadership and supervision
• Adhere strictly to nursing practice acts and clinical policies to maintain patient safety
• Mentor and support nursing staff and new associates to foster professional development

Qualifications & Experience:

• Current Kansas RN license required
• Associate’s degree in nursing minimum; Bachelor’s degree preferred
• BLS certification within 14 days of hire; ACLS required for Tele, ICU, and PCU roles
• Oncology certification for post-surgery units
• At least one year of recent nursing experience preferred, with familiarity in similar healthcare environments
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite is advantageous
