Pharmacy Technician - Franklin, Tennessee

A variety of Registered Nurse positions are available across medical-surgical, ICU, cardiac PCU, and telemetry specialties in multiple locations including Topeka, KS, and Albuquerque, NM. Location:

• Topeka, Kansas (Med Surg, Charge RN Telemetry)
• Albuquerque, New Mexico (ICU, Cardiac PCU)

Schedule:

• Med Surg Topeka: 6:45 pm – 7:15 am, nights, variable weekends and holidays
• ICU Albuquerque: 12-hour night shifts
• Cardiac PCU Albuquerque: 12-hour night shifts
• Charge RN Telemetry Topeka: 12-hour night shifts

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and deliver safe, effective patient care in accordance with nursing standards and practice acts.
• Assess patient and family needs, develop and revise individualized care plans addressing all aspects of health.
• Delegate nursing care appropriately to optimize patient outcomes.
• Assume leadership roles such as Charge Nurse when assigned, providing supervision and guidance to nursing staff.
• Monitor unit operations, communicate with management, and assist with staff mentoring and performance evaluations.

Qualifications:

• Current Kansas RN license required.
• Associate’s degree in nursing minimum; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• BLS certification required within 14 days of hire.
• ACLS certification required for ICU, PCU, and telemetry roles.
• Oncology certification required for post-surgery positions.
• Minimum one year recent experience in a similar clinical setting preferred.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• All certifications to be completed within the first year of employment.
