Pharmacy Technician in Franklin, TN

This opportunity seeks experienced Registered Nurses and Pharmacy Technicians for multiple direct hire positions across various specialties. Positions include Medical-Surgical, ICU, Cardiac PCU, and Telemetry roles in diverse locations. • Medical-Surgical RN: Topeka, KS
• ICU RN: Albuquerque, NM
• Cardiac PCU RN: Albuquerque, NM
• Charge RN Telemetry: Topeka, KS

Schedule Highlights:

• Med Surg RN: 6:45pm–7:15am, nights, variable weekends and holidays
• ICU & Cardiac PCU RNs: 12-hour night shifts
• Charge RN Telemetry: 12-hour night shifts

Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for diverse patient populations.
• Coordinate care delivery, ensuring patient safety and adherence to nursing practice acts.
• Serve as a Charge Nurse where applicable, managing unit operations, staffing, and clinical support.
• Provide mentorship and collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and uphold professional standards.

Qualifications:

• Current RN licensure in the respective state (Kansas or New Mexico).
• Associate’s degree in nursing required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 14 days of hire.
• Advanced certifications (ACLS) for Telemetry, ICU, and PCU roles.
• Oncology certification needed for post-surgery nursing positions.
• Minimum one year recent nursing experience in similar settings preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) is an asset.
