Pharmacy Technician | Franklin, Tennessee

A mail order, renal specialty pharmacy is seeking skilled Pharmacy Technicians for a 13-week contract opportunity with potential to transition into a temp-to-hire position. This role supports a fast-paced environment processing approximately 1,000 prescriptions daily using the Wellsky order entry system without automation.

Schedule:

• 40 hours per week
• Immediate start

Responsibilities:

• Perform pharmacy technician duties in either customer service or dispensing roles
• Customer service tasks include verifying shipping information, entering new patient data, and updating patient profiles in the pharmacy software
• Dispensing tasks involve accurately filling and preparing medications for shipment

Qualifications:

• Pharmacy Technician certification (PTCB) required for permanent placement consideration
• Experience with pharmacy order entry systems preferred, familiarity with Wellsky is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high prescription volumes efficiently
• Excellent communication skills for patient and team interactions
