Pharmacy Technician - Franklin, TN

This opportunity is for a Pharmacy Technician to support a busy mail order renal specialty pharmacy serving approximately 1,000 prescriptions daily. The role involves a 13-week assignment with a potential to transition into a temp-to-hire position. Candidates considered for permanent placement must hold PTCB certification.

Schedule and Location:

• Full-time, 40 hours per week
• Immediate start
• Located in Franklin, TN

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate within a pharmacy that utilizes the Wellsky order entry system without automation
• Perform duties in either a customer service or dispensing capacity
• Customer service tasks include verifying shipping information, entering new patient details, and updating patient profiles in the software system
• Dispensing tasks include accurately filling and preparing medications for shipment

Desired Qualifications:

• Pharmacy Technician (PTCB) certification required for permanent roles
• Experience with pharmacy software systems, preferably Wellsky, is highly advantageous
• Ability to manage detailed prescription information accurately
• Strong communication skills for customer service functions
• Familiarity with mail order pharmacy processes preferred
