Pharmacy Technician in Franklin, TN

Support pharmacy operations in a busy mail order renal specialty pharmacy handling approximately 1,000 prescriptions daily. Your role will focus on either customer service tasks or dispensing medications, using the Wellsky pharmacy order entry system without automation.

Key Responsibilities:

• In a customer service capacity, verify shipping information, enter new patient details, and update patient profiles accurately in the system.
• In a dispensing role, assist in filling and dispensing prescriptions efficiently and compliantly.
• Ensure attention to detail to maintain high standards of safety and accuracy.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Pharmacy Technician certification strongly preferred.
• Experience working with pharmacy order entry systems, preferably Wellsky.
• Ability to manage high prescription volume with accuracy.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Customer service skills for patient interaction roles.

Schedule and Assignment Details:

• 40 hours per week.
• Start ASAP.
• 13-week contract assignment with potential to transition to a temp-to-hire position.
