Pharmacy Technician - Franklin, TN

A retail pharmacy is seeking a dependable and customer-focused Pharmacy Technician to support daily operations and enhance patient service in a busy community setting near Nashville. This full-time role offers a structured schedule and the opportunity to work closely with pharmacists and patients in a fast-paced environment.

Location: Franklin, TN (serving Old Hickory area)

Schedule:

• Monday – Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• Saturday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM (some Saturdays required)

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist pharmacists with prescription processing and accurate filling
• Greet and provide excellent customer service to patients
• Handle prescription intake, including data entry and insurance processing
• Maintain an organized pharmacy environment to support workflow efficiency
• Support retail pharmacy operational needs throughout the day

Desired Qualifications:

• Certified Pharmacy Technician credential highly preferred
• Prior experience working in a retail pharmacy setting required
• Familiarity with Liberty pharmacy software is an advantage
• Strong attention to detail and customer service skills
