Pharmacy Technician - Franklin, Tennessee

This opportunity is for part-time pharmacy technicians to support a busy mail order and renal specialty pharmacy that fills approximately 1,000 prescriptions daily. The role offers Monday through Friday evening shifts from 5:00 pm to 10:00 pm, with an ASAP start for candidates ready to join promptly. The pharmacy uses the Wellsky order entry system without automation, so attention to detail and accuracy are critical.

Key responsibilities include:

• Verifying shipping details and updating patient profiles in the pharmacy software
• Entering new patient information accurately
• Dispensing and filling medications according to prescription guidelines
• Providing excellent customer service when interacting with patients and healthcare providers

Desired qualifications:

• Previous experience as a pharmacy technician in retail, mail order, or specialty pharmacy preferred
• Proficient with electronic pharmacy systems, ideally familiar with Wellsky or similar platforms
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accuracy in all tasks
