Per Diem Pharmacy Tech - Fremont, California

Support pharmacy operations in an outpatient/community care setting with a focus on delivering excellent patient service and accurate medication dispensing. This per diem role provides essential coverage for sick days, vacations, and call-outs, offering flexibility and the potential opportunity to transition into a full-time position.

Location:

• Oakland, CA

Schedule:

• Monday through Saturday
• 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist pharmacists with dispensing medications accurately and efficiently
• Perform retail pharmacy duties as directed by the Director of Pharmacy
• Maintain inventory, stock shelves, and ensure medication storage complies with regulations
• Provide excellent customer service and support to patients and healthcare staff
• Adhere to all safety and quality standards within the pharmacy

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

• Valid California Pharmacy Technician License required
• Experience in retail pharmacy preferred, though candidates from various backgrounds will be considered
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
