Pharmacy Technician - Fremont, California

This role offers an exciting opportunity for experienced Pharmacy Technicians to contribute to a leading pediatric healthcare environment. You will support pharmacy operations within a 300-bed children’s hospital known for its commitment to quality care and innovation.

Location:

• Palo Alto, CA

Schedule/Hours:

• Contract position with an ASAP start
• Approximately 6-month term

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and dispense medications accurately in a fast-paced inpatient pediatric setting
• Assist pharmacists with daily operations and maintain pharmacy inventory
• Utilize EPIC software for medication order verification and documentation
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient medication therapy

Qualifications/Desired Experience:

• Certified Pharmacy Technician with relevant state licensure
• Experience in a hospital pharmacy setting, preferably in pediatrics
• Proficiency with EPIC or similar pharmacy management systems
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
