A full-time Pharmacy Technician position is available in Plano, TX, supporting an integrated, closed-door pharmacy located within a behavioral health hospital. This local, contract-to-hire opportunity offers a fast-paced environment focused exclusively on dispensing behavioral health medications. The pharmacy operates Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, managing a daily prescription volume of 350-400 scripts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately prepare and dispense behavioral health medications
• Work within a high-volume, fast-paced pharmacy setting
• Utilize Enterprise RX software (training provided)
• Collaborate with clinical staff through the contracted clinic arrangement
• Maintain compliance with all pharmacy laws and regulations
• Support daily pharmacy operations to ensure efficient workflow

Qualifications:

• Current Texas Pharmacy Technician License (required)
• Minimum of 1 year recent pharmacy technician experience; 2+ years preferred
• Retail pharmacy experience is a strong asset
• Ability to thrive in a high-volume environment and manage workload efficiently
