A Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) is seeking a Per Diem Pharmacy Technician to provide coverage for call-offs, PTO, and vacations. This role involves working approximately two shifts per month in a patient-focused environment within a 1 Pharmacist/1 Technician setting.
Location: Charlotte, NC
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM (No weekends)

Job Type: Per Diem (PRN)
Responsibilities:
- Assist the pharmacist in dispensing medications and managing inventory
- Provide excellent customer service to a diverse and underserved patient population
- Collaborate effectively in a small pharmacy team setting
- Maintain accurate records and pharmaceutical compliance within the FQHC/340B model
- Support Spanish-speaking patients when applicable
Qualifications/Desired Experience:
- Active NC Pharmacy Technician license
- Recent experience as a Pharmacy Technician, preferably in an FQHC or similar healthcare setting
- Comfortable working autonomously alongside one pharmacist
- Experience serving underserved communities preferred
- Spanish language skills are a strong plus, enhancing patient communication and care
