This direct hire role offers an opportunity to leverage your long-term care (LTC) and pharmacy technician experience while delivering outstanding customer service.

Location: Glendale, AZ
Type: Direct Hire
Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM (post-training)
  • Weekend rotation required

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately enter new and refill medication orders into the pharmacy software system
  • Track and monitor medication delivery statuses
  • Communicate professionally with patients, providers, and pharmacy team members via telephone
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure timely medication fulfillment and exceed customer service expectations
  • Monitor reports to identify and resolve medication order issues promptly
  • Contribute to meeting pharmacy run-time commitments and supporting operational excellence

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • AZ Pharmacy Technician license and PTCB certification required
  • Prior experience in a long-term care pharmacy setting is ideal
  • Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, especially telephone interactions
  • Dependable, trustworthy, and focused on superior customer service
  • Effective problem-solving abilities and a self-starting attitude
  • Ability to work flexibly and adapt to a fast-paced environment
  • Strong team orientation with a collaborative mindset
