A per diem opportunity is available for a Pharmacy Technician to support a healthcare site in Grants Pass, OR. This role involves the accurate distribution of prescribed medications and educating customers on proper use, emphasizing excellent customer service within a fast-paced pharmacy environment.
Schedule/Hours:
- Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM (9 hours per day)
- Dates: April 20, 2026, through May 1, 2026
Key Responsibilities:
- Dispense medications according to prescriptions from physicians and health practitioners
- Provide clear, informative guidance to customers about medication use and safety
- Deliver high-quality service to enhance patient satisfaction
- Adhere to all pharmacy regulations and maintain proper documentation
Qualifications / Desired Experience:
- Valid Oregon Pharmacy Technician license required
- Previous experience in retail pharmacy or long-term care settings is highly preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a collaborative environment
