Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound client calls, efficiently process order entry, and verify insurance information
• Manage inventory control and maintain accurate records
• Communicate effectively with clients, doctors, and pharmacists to ensure smooth operations
• Deliver outstanding support by addressing customer inquiries and ensuring their pharmaceutical needs are met
• Maintain a high standard of service quality within mail order and specialty retail environments
• Work Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, with occasional weekend or evening shifts as workload demands

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Pharmacy Technician
• Proficient data entry skills with attention to detail
• Indiana Pharmacy Technician license required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in customer service, with relevant healthcare or customer service certifications considered an advantage

Work Environment:

• Hybrid setting involving mail order and specialty retail pharmacy operations
